Day 3

Eats of the day 

The good: Got my 5 portions of fruits and veg and made a conscious effort to drink some water

The bad: Room for improvement. Breakfast was 2 big toasts with 5 times the recommended daily portion of butter. Could have eaten more protein. Mince pie could have been avoided. Had a cocktail and a glass of wine but then again had a very good news to celebrate.
