About Me

About Laureen & Peachy Lau

Thanks for stopping by. I’m Laureen, a French girl living between London and Bristol. After doing a PhD in Stem Cell Research and then working as a postdoctoral researcher, I decided to quit my job last year to go study medicine. It’s not always easy to juggle my wife, friend, medical student or runner hats, just to name a few, but I try my best to fit it all.

My aim is to balance a healthy lifestyle between exercising, healthy eating and studying, all while trying to have some fun along the way. I want to share my journey with you and hopefully inspire you to start incorporating some healthy habits despite a busy lifestyle.
